Meg practices with Plural, an org design consultancy, and collaborates with workableSCK on select projects.
Chelsea Weber helps leaders across sectors develop new ways of understanding and guiding their organizations through significant cultural, organizational, and technological change. She is an organizational transformation consultant, organizational designer, and leadership coach known for her practical, participatory, and sometimes playful approach to transformation – finding a balance of the light hearted and direct to help leaders see themselves and see the way through. Chelsea holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Change Management, and currently resides in St. Louis, MO.
