workableSCK is led by Sarah Cuff Koegler, an organizational design and transformation consultant with two decades of experience in senior HR and advisory roles at Teach For America, a large education nonprofit, and as a transformation consultant at The Ready, an organizational transformation firm. She lives in Wheeling, West Virginia, with her family.

Meg Saxby (she/her) helps organizations speed up on what matters most. These days, she's especially interested in helping leaders to design the structures, practices, and cultures for adaptivity in the face of climate change. Meg practices with Plural, an org design consultancy. She collaborates with WorkableSCK on select projects.
