workableSCK is led by Sarah Cuff Koegler, an organizational design and transformation consultant with two decades of experience in senior HR and advisory roles at Teach For America, a large education nonprofit, and as a transformation consultant at The Ready, an organizational transformation firm that serves client organizations of all sizes across all sectors. She lives in Wheeling, West Virginia, with her family.
